Class Schedule: Class schedules are available on their website and through their app. Most of the class schedules during weekdays are at night time. But there are morning classes as well, below is a sample snapshot of the Bungee fitness class schedule from their site.

What to wear during Bungee fitness class
While bungee fitness reduces impact by up to 80 percent, we still offer high energy. If you struggle to do one burpee unassisted, or have any difficulty staying active for more than three minutes at a time, you may find this workout challenging.
Plan on arriving 15 minutes early! Each client will need to complete a waiver. Each client is then privately weighed with our bungee scale and each station is customized for each individual. We provide all equipment needed for workout. Be sure to eat a couple hours before class and empty your bladder before you come (or when you arrive.) You will want to wear tight leggings, high-impact sports bra, a FULL LENGTH SHIRT and good workout shoes! If you are worried about sensitivity from the harness, wearing shorts on top of leggings will provide additional layers. We also will provide additional foam padding for optimal comfort.
