SIMPLIFLY (Level 1)

Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and Sling terminology. This class will still get the heart rate up, all while having fun. During this class, we will learn a basic routines to get you ready for ModiFLY!

*restrictions, must be 13 years old, ages 13-17 years old requires parent waiver. You must be 90 pounds, cannot be over 240 pounds. No recent surgeries within the past 6 months, no major health concerns, can’t be pregnant.*

MODIFLY (Level 2)

This class is for those who have graduated from our basic Level 1 class. Must take 2 or more level one classes before moving on to level 2. This prevents frustration and increases confidence. If you can burpee with ease, and Timber it down without problems, ModiFLY is next. 

ModfiFLY increases skillsets and cardio for those ready to take on more difficult routines. Build on your basics and learn more advanced skills that will challenge you. We will be doing amped up cardio bungee mixed dance routines to get you ready for level 3 IntensiFLY!

BUNGEE BURN

Must take at least 1 level one before taking Bungee BURN.

In Bungee BURN, we use weights and booty bands in harness for majority of class and may get on floor to get an Ab or booty workout in. This workout is created with fun routines, focusing on building strength and stamina. You will definitely feel the BURN!
