Sign up for our Intro to Bungee class and experience it first hand. Bungee is high intensity cardio combined with plyometrics. You are strapped into a harness and attached to the bungee. Our Intro Class will cover basic footing, some different jumps and the infamous squirrel

Step 2 – 6 Week Beginning Bungee Bootcamp

After taking Intro to Bungee – you will need to sign up for our 6 Week Beginning Bungee Bootcamp. This 6 Week Program is designed to get you off on the right foot. (Ha ha! You’ll get it later!)

This is a 6 Week Program with a FIRM start and end date.

Step 3 – Intermediate Bungee Dance Workshops

Once you have completed our 6 Week Beginning Bungee Bootcamp – you can attend ANY of our Intermediate Bungee Classes. We offer Intermediate Bungee classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays. (Advanced Bungee is only available with instructor approval)
