We will start with various climbs and progress into different holds and inversions. We recommend taking this class a minimum of 3-6 times before progressing. Some students are happy here for many months as they build the base experiences and techniques.

Lyra Level 1:

Lyra (Aerial hoop) classes include a warm up stretch and strengthening  conditioning drills. In this class you will learn various ways to mount and dismount. You will also learn different hangs, poses, and transitions both above and below the bar. The skills to be learned on these are endless. While we recommend taking Intro to Aerials first you can also start your journey specifically on hoop.

Aerial Sling:

Aerial Sling used a single loop of fabric, rather than two individual strands. This class will explore shapes and transitions, as well as mounting and dismounting the sling. The possibilities are endless!
