What should I expect and what should I wear?

While bungee fitness reduces impact by up to 80 percent, we still offer high energy! If you struggle to do one burpee unassisted, or have any difficulty staying active for more than three minutes at a time, you may find this workout challenging. 

Plan on arriving 15 minutes early! Each client will need to complete a wavier and health questionnaire. Each client is then privately weighed and each station is customized for each individual. We provide all equipment needed for the workout. Be sure and eat a couple hours before class and empty your bladder before you come (or when you arrive). You will also want to wear tight leggings, high-impact sports bra, and good workout shoes-running shoes NOT recommended- Shoes with a side to side bottom or pivot point work best! If you are worried about sensitivity from the harness, wearing shorts on top of leggings will provide additional layers, Longer bike shorts are ok but do not recommend short shorts. We also provide additional foam padding for optimal comfort. As with any workout, jewelry should be removed prior to class. Large earrings risk interfering with the bungee.  

Prepare to get sweaty! Bring water and a sweat towel. (Tip: Black clothing will hide sweat best.) Don’t be late! The doors lock at class time. Once our Flight Crew is in their harnesses, they will not be able to stop the warm-up to take in late arrivals.
